This charming space offers 2 large main rooms, 2 adjoining rooms, bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, a retail counter, small storage closet, and sits on 1/2 acre of private property.

$25/hour (4 hour minimum + $20/additional hour)
4 hours = $100
8 hours = $200
Discounted long term rates:
7 day week: $500
Month: $1800
Deposit required at contract signing and will be given back at end of your event.
